Relaxing at home.
It's the best way to spend today.
Clean up the playroom.

Stuffy nose can't breathe.
Making my head feel like beef stew
that we had last night.

Good morning girls.
Vowing to be productive
On my long day here.

Ash Wednesday at church.
Committing myself to prayer.
Fasting is harder.

Had my day in court.
Not what I wanted to happen,
But outcome was fair.

I have a secret.
Tomorrow I will go to court
To defend myself.

Mixed emotions.
Lord, help me see my path clearly,
So I can have peace.

Another snow day!
Playing outside, making snowmen,
and hot cocoa smiles.

Storm is on the way!
Get your bread and milk and eggs now!
Before it's too late!

Thursday is the day
It keeps the weekend out of reach.
Is it Friday yet?

Coughing up a lung.
About as fun as it sounds.
Nyquil here I come!

Phlegm is in my throat.
I can't sleep in my own bed.
He has a real job.

Oh Monday, Monday.
Why do you torture me so.
The day without end.

Super Bowl on tonight.
Watching with Joe on the couch.
Comfy and cozy.

Slept the whole day through.
Joe watched the girls so I could.
I still feel tired.

I'm feeling unwell.
Stuffy head and scratchy throat.
Early to dreamland.

Cd drive on order.
One week until it comes.
And the kids rejoice.

I played tech support.
School computer broken.
Toddlers were unhappy.

Went to church for you.
Felt peaceful in the habits
That you helped me learn.

Seven years gone by.
How can it be that long past?
I miss you Nana.
